Medal award evening at the château
English by birth, Julie Steele had always dreamed of living and working in France.
In 1996 her dream came true and she found her place in the tourist industry in Burgundy.
Her work in this sector has earned her the Tourism Medal from the French government. The medal was presented to her by Mr. Jean-Pierre Rebourgeon, Président of Côte d’Or Tourisme during a convivial soirée at the château.
Claude and Raymond Thibault-Fèvre kindly provided their lovely wines and Crémant for the occasion and Toma’s buffet was delicious !
